Privacy Policy

Last updated: 1 January 2026

Look, I respect your privacy. This policy explains what information I collect when you visit saijogeorge.com, why I collect it, and what I do with it.

What I collect

Analytics and usage data

I use Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager) and Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use this site. These tools collect things like:

Clarity also records sessions so I can see where people get stuck or confused. It's anonymised - I can't see who you are, just what's happening on the page.

Both Google and Clarity use cookies to track this stuff. If you'd rather they didn't, most browsers let you block cookies or go incognito.

Email addresses (when I add the signup form)

When I eventually add a newsletter signup form, I'll collect:

That's it. I won't collect anything else unless you specifically give it to me.

What I do with this information

Analytics data: I use it to figure out what's working and what's not. Which pages are people actually reading? Where do they drop off? Are my tools useful or just taking up space?

Google and Microsoft process this data on their servers. They have their own privacy policies:

Email addresses: When I start collecting them, I'll use them to send you occasional emails - updates about new tools, blog posts, or things I reckon you'll find useful. I won't spam you, and I definitely won't sell your email to anyone. It's for my use only.

Your rights

You're in control here. You can:

If you're in the EU, you've got extra rights under GDPR. If you're in California, you've got rights under CCPA. Basically, you can ask me what data I have, ask me to delete it, or tell me to stop collecting it. Just email me.

Kids' privacy

This site isn't aimed at kids under 13. I don't knowingly collect information from children. If you're a parent and reckon I've accidentally collected your kid's data, let me know and I'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If I change how I handle your data, I'll update this page and change the date at the top. If it's a big change, I'll probably mention it in an email (if you're signed up) or stick a note on the site.
